These terrific-clean vegetarian broccoli steaks are sprinkled with hazelnuts and parmesan for a delicious meat-free meal.

The ingredient of Broccoli steaks

  1. 1 huge head broccoli, sliced into thick u201csteaksu201d
  2. 60ml (1/four cup) more virgin olive oil
  3. 1 garlic clove, overwhelmed
  4. Pinch dried chilli flakes
  5. 30g (1/four cup) chopped hazelnuts
  6. 20g (1/four cup) shredded parmesan

The instruction how to make Broccoli steaks

  1. Preheat oven to 200C/180C fan compelled. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Place the broccoli, in a unmarried layer, on the prepared tray. Combine the oil, garlic and chilli in a small bowl. Brush flippantly over the broccoli. Sprinkle with the hazelnut and bake for 20 minutes or until the broccoli is gentle. Season and sprinkle with the parmesan to serve.
