  6. 400g red meat rump steak, trimmed, cut into 1cm strips

  8. 2 red onions, sliced

  11. 1/2 cup (120g) sour cream
  12. 1 purple onion, finely chopped
  13. Juice of 2 large limes
  14. 2 avocados
  15. 1 teaspoon ground cumin

  17. 1-2 green chillies, seeds removed, chopped

The instruction how to make Steak fajitas

  1. Combine onion and lime juice in a bowl and stand for approximately half-hour. Just earlier than serving, area the onion aggregate in a food processor with the avocado, cumin, coriander and chilli, then pulse to shape a coarse puree. Season well.
