  1. 220g Cadbury Dairy Milk Caramello , broken into portions
  2. 1 cup thickened cream, softly whipped
  3. 2 eggs, separated
  4. 100g Cadbury Dairy Milk Caramello, greater, kind of chopped, for serving
  5. Salt flakes, for serving

The instruction how to make Cadbury salted caramello mousse

  1. Melt the chocolate gently in a bowl over simmering water. Set apart to chill for 15 minutes.
  2. Whisk the egg yolks into the chocolate, then fold in the cream. Beat the egg whites until smooth peaks form. Stir one 0.33 of the whites into the chocolate to loosen, after which fold within the last whites. Spoon into small serving glasses and relax till required.
  3. Top every mousse with more Caramello and some salt flakes.
