- 2 x 250g pkts cream cheese, chopped, at room temperature
- 900ml thickened cream, plus 150ml, greater
- 60ml (1/four cup) warm water
- 3 teaspoons powdered gelatine
- 2 x 330g pkts Tim Tam Original
- 200ml double cream
- 250ml (1 cup) cold milk
- 50g (1/2 pkt) Aeroplane Chocolate Dessert Mix
- 50g Violet Crumble bar, coarsely chopped
- Chocolate sauce, to drizzle
The instruction how to make Easy Tim Tam cheesecake
- Line the bottom and facet of a round 22cm springform pan with baking paper. Use electric beaters to beat the cream cheese and thickened cream in a massive bowl till easy. Place warm water in a small heatproof bowl. Sprinkle with gelatine and stir till combined. Place internal a larger heatproof bowl.
