- Using a palette knife, spread roasted chocolate over the piece of baking paper on one tray, and unfold melted chocolate over the piece of baking paper on the final tray. Roll up sheets of baking paper from the long area and place each trays in the freezer for 30 minutes to harden. Remove from freezer, unroll and punctiliously switch shards to refrigerator until geared up to serve.
- Decorate cake with roasted chocolate and white chocolate shards to serve.
